If you choose to request a copy of the school newsletters, school news or parent and pupil news then you will be required to provide some personal information, which is collected via the online request form. The information supplied on this form is automatically emailed to the school, where it is entered on a database holding details of persons enquiring about subscribing to the newsletters. The purpose of the information is to enable us to contact you and send you a newsletter. The data is only used within the school system, and is not divulged to any third party outside the school, in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.

The website automatically tracks accesses; however, it does not collect any personal information, but only the Internet address of the computer accessing the site, together with some information on the web browser being employed on that computer and a record of the pages visited on the site.
