Physical Activity and Well-being

It is really important that you try to keep your children active whilst school is closed.

There are many resources out there for you to look at but I have linked to just a few below. 

The first one is a PE lesson that Joe Wicks will do every morning at 9 o'clock for half an hour and the second is videos linked to our Steps 2 Summit physical activity programme. For this you will need to download a free QR Code reader. 

If you use the sheet provided (or your own) to record which training videos your child has done I can add the miles to their mountain when they return to school.
