Travel Smart Week

Every year in October we support Travel Smart Week. Each class records how everyone came to school. In 2021 the children also brought home worksheets to encourage them to walk, bike, or scoot to school. Our Year 2 children created graphs to represent our results to measure if more children made environmental friendly choices to travel to school that week. Here are our results!

 

Scooter Park

We have a scooter park area by the nursery buildings to encourage children to scoot to school. This means the scooters can be left at school securely all day and scooted home.
