Water
In May 2019, we were visited by Steve from Severn Trent Water. He spoke to us about how to save water and we played a water saving games. Did you know that you can save water by staying in the shower for 4 minutes or less? Can you complete the 4 minute shower challenge?
We have water-saving monitors in school who are on the look-out for taps which have been left on or 'dripping' taps! At Parklands we know how important it is not to be a water waster!
There is a water butt located at the side of the Year 2 block, water collected is used for watering the vegetable patch.
